the walk upto the Stone Wedding of Bulgaria begins with a little explanation, alas only in Bulgarian currently, of the findings that led to this stone wedding on 13th May 1974...

The stone wedding is found in Kardjali and is very well signposted and not too far off the main road.

Although not much is written about this natural phenomenon, I shall bring you here, the photos of this superb wedding set in stone!

the Bride and Groom look simply superbly!  

and ... here comes the bride, all dressed in pink
